How your order reaches you
Voima is made to order in small production batches — not pulled from a warehouse shelf. Here is exactly what happens between your payment and your parcel.
Pricing at a glance
Every piece is priced in euros and charged in full at checkout. Beanies start at €19.99, snapbacks at €29.99, and the Voima Socks come as a three-pack for €22. Rash guards run €59–€70 (No-Gi Short Sleeve €59, No-Gi Long Sleeve €65, Base Compression Top €70), fight shorts €59, boxing shorts €65, joggers €99, and the Rest Day Crewneck €69. Training T-shirts are €45–€55. Protection gear is built to last: MMA Gloves €136, Boxing Gloves €176, and Shin Guards €128.
1. Order confirmed
Your payment is taken in full at checkout and your order is locked into the demand count for its style and colour — from a €22 three-pack of socks to a €176 pair of boxing gloves. You receive a confirmation email with your items, colours and sizes.
2. Batch goes into production
Voima is made in small batches. Once a style and colour reaches its minimum order count, we release the production run. This is why we can keep quality high and waste near zero.
3. Batch confirmed — ship date emailed
As soon as we confirm your batch, we email you the exact ship date. Nothing ships silently — you always know where your order stands.
4. Ships to you — 12–30 days
Once your batch ships, estimated delivery is 12–30 days depending on your location. You will receive a shipping notification when your parcel is on its way.
How to track your order
Every status change reaches you by email at the address you used at checkout: order confirmation right away, the confirmed ship date when your batch is released, and a shipping notification when it leaves us. If anything looks wrong or your address changes, reply to any of those emails or contact info@voimaclothing.com with your order reference.
